Terms & Conditions
Last updated October 20, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and BITGRASS, a company registered in Tunisia, for using Wisp. By using the app, you agree to them.
What Wisp is
Wisp offers short guided breathing exercises, sounds and a 7-day journey to help you feel calmer, sleep, focus and wake up. Some exercises are free; the rest come with Wisp Premium.
Not medical advice
Wisp supports everyday wellbeing. It isn't a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or replace care from a professional. Breathing exercises can make some people dizzy. If you feel unwell, stop and breathe normally. If you are pregnant, or have a heart, lung or other medical condition, talk to your doctor before you start. Never practise while driving or anywhere you need to stay alert.
Your account
You can use Wisp without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 in the EU, to use Wisp.
Premium, trials and renewals
- Premium is a subscription, yearly or monthly, or a one-time Lifetime purchase, bought through the App Store or Google Play. The store shows the price and, for subscriptions, the billing period before you confirm.
- New subscribers may get a free trial. Its length and the price that follows are shown before you start. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your plan begins and you're charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the current period ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- If prices change, we'll tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
Using Wisp fairly
Please don't copy, resell or redistribute Wisp or its content, try to break or reverse engineer the app, or get around Premium. We may suspend accounts that do.
Our content
The exercises, sounds, designs and text in Wisp belong to BITGRASS or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the app for your own practice.
Changes to Wisp
We keep improving Wisp, so features and exercises may change. We may also stop offering parts of it; if that affects a paid subscription, we'll let you know and treat you fairly.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Wisp running well, but it's provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or unexpected losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Ending
You can stop using Wisp and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are seriously broken. Sections that by their nature should continue, like our content and responsibility, keep applying afterward.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the date at the top when these terms change, and tell you in the app about significant changes before they apply. Continuing to use Wisp means you accept the updated terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protections of the country you live in.
